Are your products original?

Yes. Every product is 100% original with an official or service warranty. You get an invoice and warranty card with each order.

How long does delivery take?

Inside Dhaka 1–2 days, outside Dhaka 2–4 days. You will get an SMS when your parcel ships.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Yes. You can also pay with bKash, Nagad, Rocket or a card.

Can I check the product before paying?

Yes, you can open the parcel in front of the rider and check it before you pay.

What if the product is faulty?

Tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you.

Do you offer EMI?

0% EMI for up to 12 months is available on selected bank cards for orders over ৳10,000.
