Return & Exchange Policy

You can ask for a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery from your account.

• Items must be unused, in the original box with all accessories and the invoice.
• Faulty or wrong items are replaced or refunded free of charge.
• For change-of-mind returns, the delivery charge is not refundable.
• Refunds are sent to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank or as store credit within 3–5 working days after we receive the item.
